These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Naija Dynamics ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.

Who can play

Naija Dynamics is for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you say you are at least 18, and that the date of birth you gave is true.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.

Play money

Naira in the game is play money. It has no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the game, and is not yours to sell. It gives you a right to use it in the game only.

The jobs, loans, savings, businesses, property and elections in the game are a simulation. Nothing in the game is financial, legal or political advice. The people, parties and companies in it are made up.

Buying with real money

We may offer packs of play money or advert space for real money. The price in naira is shown before you pay, and payment is taken by Paystack or Flutterwave under their own terms.

What you buy is added to your account once the payment provider confirms it. Purchases are final and are not refunded once added, except where the law requires it. If you were charged and nothing arrived, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days with your payment reference and we will put it right.

Adverts

Adverts in the game are bought by other players and are reviewed before they appear. If you buy one, you must own the right to use its picture and words, and it must not mislead, offend or name a real person without their permission. We may refuse or take down any advert. Tell us if you see one that breaks the rules.

Behaviour

Do not cheat, use bugs or bots to gain an advantage, attack the service, or try to reach another player's account. In chat and in names, do not harass, threaten, scam or abuse anyone, and do not post hateful, sexual or illegal content or pretend to be someone else.

We may remove content, reset play money or progress gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

What you add

You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You let us store it and show it in the game for as long as it is there. You are responsible for it.

Our game

The game, its code, art and music belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Map data is from OpenStreetMap contributors and some models are made by others under open licences, credited in the game. You may play, but not copy, resell or take the game apart.

The service

We work to keep the game running, but it is offered as it is and may have bugs or go down. We may change, pause or end features, the game world or the whole service. To fix a bug or undo cheating we may correct play money, items or progress.

Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Play money and anything bought for the game end with the account.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data or lost play money, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go to the courts of Lagos State, after we have first tried to settle them with you directly.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on.
